FAQ

Questions pharmacists usually ask

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, your pharmacy gets every Pro feature free for 14 days — no card needed. At the end you pick the plan that suits you; if you don’t subscribe, you move to the Free plan and your data stays as it is.

Which payment methods can I use in Egypt?

You can pay your subscription via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash (transfer, then send the receipt), or by bank card (Visa / Mastercard / Meeza) online through Paymob. Every invoice has a clear number in your dashboard.

Are prescription images kept private?

Yes. Prescriptions are stored privately with no public links, visible only to the customer and your authorised pharmacy staff. They are deleted automatically after the retention period your pharmacy sets.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, from the Pro plan up. You add a simple DNS record at your domain provider and we issue the SSL certificate automatically. Your free davaya.app link always keeps working.

What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?

Your data is kept: products, orders and customers. Only features outside the new plan are switched off, and anything above its limits is hidden until you upgrade again. You can ask to export or delete your data at any time.

Who is responsible for the pharmacy licence and displaying it?

The pharmacy itself. Davaya is only a technology provider; each pharmacy is responsible for its licence, the medicines it sells and compliance with the Egyptian Drug Authority and other competent bodies, including showing its licence details to customers. We recommend confirming the requirements with the relevant authority.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The store opens in any browser on phone or desktop, and customers can add it to their home screen so it works like an app.
